Convenient Location and Comfortable Bedding
The hotel is well situated in the city, with key sights in close proximity. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
We found the service to be poor and not up to par with other hotels. The amenities were also lacking, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

Sightseeing places are within a short driving distance from the hotel and there are dining options close by. the rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, with large bathrooms and rain-like shower heads. Staff is friendly and helpful, providing impeccable service and serving a quality breakfast. the hotel boasts great facilities, such as an excellent outdoor pool and a beautiful spa.
The gym facilities are basic with limited amenities.

This hotel offers a luxurious and exclusive experience. the facilities are magnificent, including a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace and garden area. the spa centre is exceptional, with full body massages and beauty treatments available. the rooftop pool is a must, see, and the seasonal outdoor pool features shallow ends and beach umbrellas. Room advantages are also exclusive, with swim, up rooms and private facilities available. the restaurant serves special diet menus and packed lunches, in, room breakfasts are possible, and there's a poolside snack bar and lounge.
Only one minor issue detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay. While the staff was attentive and accommodating, the language barrier posed some difficulty in communication.

The hotel was decorated in a festive manner and there were plenty of Christmas decorations on display. the bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean. the hotel was in a good location, close to public transportation and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
The food at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and not very tasty. the staff were not very helpful or friendly, and seemed to be inconvenienced by our presence.
